Een ruim appartement, alles was schoon. Het zwembad ligt niet direct voor de deur, maar wel op het terrein. Het zwembad ligt prachtig, tussen de sinaasappelbomen. Met uitzicht op de Etna. Bij het zwembad is een buitendouche en een binnendouche en ruim voldoende ligbedden. De host is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst kregen we een rondleiding en we kregen verse eieren van de kippen die daar rondlopen. Elke dag bracht hij op een tijd naar keuze een heerlijk ontbijtje. Verder was hij goed bereikbaar voor tips en hulp waar nodig.

De bedden waren hard. En er mogen iets meer glazen en een aantal theedoeken en vaatdoeken in de keuken aanwezig zijn.

The property is not a villa as advertised. In reality, you share the house with others, even though the listing claims it's for private use. Maybe I imagined it wrong. The solarium mentioned in the ad (We didn't need it anyway) was not offered to us at all. I couldn’t find any Wi-Fi signal during our stay. The kitchen equipment is terrible – you get only two glasses in apartment for 5, plastic cutlery, rusty pans, and almost nothing else useful. The bathroom tap is leaking. There are lights above the cabinets, but no socket to plug them in. One chair was already broken when we arrived, and the other barely lasted until the end of our stay – both were poorly glued together with silicone. On top of that, the garage where we were taken upon arrival and the surrounding area are very messy and full of clutter. In defense: the owner cleaned the garage during the 4 days of our stay. That said, the property itself has great potential, as it’s in a GREAT location – it just desperately needs a broom, a rake, and someone to tidy up and maintain it a bit. Overall, very disappointing compared for what you paid
