Cleanliness. Free use of Spa Facilities. Beautiful Outdoor rooftop whilst dining. Supermarket right in front of the hotel - short walk. Lovely, peaceful area .
The receptionist spoke little to none English. We didn’t get a tour of the hotel so we had to find everything ourselves .
One late evening I went down to ask for a pillow and the 3 girls looked at each other and laughed. It was unprofessional and very uncomfortable. After 10 minutes of waiting, google translate on there phone, calling another member of staff, in and out every room… I finally got one. Simple terms like that should be required when working in a hotel.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na wypady po okolicy, czystość i standard pokoju, świetna restauracja - dania, widoki i obsługa wieczorami, duży parking, przy małej ilosci gości śniadania serwowane ale smaczne, możliwość specjalnych zamowien przy śniadaniu
Może to był tylko przypadek, ale przy większej ilosci gości i bufecie 40 minut przed zakończeniem śniadania praktycznie zostaja resztki( brak potraw lub pojedyncze sztuki). Po doniesieniu potraw i kilku kolejnych gościach sytuacja powtórzyla się.
