Przede wszystkim wspaniały gospodarz, który zawsze był uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Lokalizacja korzystna, blisko pijalni wód, placu Dietla, 10 minut od centrum i wyciągu na Palenicę, łatwy dojazd. Apartament 32 m. kw. wystarczająco duży na parę, cichy, chłodny mimo upałów i braku klimatyzacji, która nie była niezbędna, bo pokój się nie nagrzewał. Kuchnia kompletnie wyposażona we wszystko, co było potrzebne. Płyta kuchenna, mikrowela, lodówka, zmywarka, sztućce, szklanki, otwieracze itd. Szafy przestronne. Koc na łóżko, sprzęt do wypoczynku (leżaki, krzesło). Duża dbałość o szczegóły w łazience (wieszak na ręczniki). Kot też był bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Jedyna drobna niedogodność wiąże się ze zbyt wąskim parkingiem, ale po prostu trzeba uważać i nie za szeroko otwierać drzwi samochodu.
