W garażu słabe oznaczenie , a w zasadzie jego brak gdzie się udać aby trafić do apartamentu . Lecz to nie wpływa na moją ocenę .

- Very beautiful mountain and river view from the balcony. - New and good kitchen with dish washer. - Good indoor parking place, important for snowing days. - Elevator is available. - The bed is comfortable.

I feel the services still needs to be improved and the apartment itself needs to be improved in some areas. I booked it because of the high review score, I expected more than I experienced. - The instruction to get the key was not clear, and we were given the wrong number of parking place. The route from the garage and the apartment is not easy to find, needs to go through 3 doors to find the right elevator. And people would easily go to the wrong door which leads you to the wrong units. - There is no place to put the shoes in the apartment, this is very difficult especially on snowing days. - The apartment is quite small for a family with 2 adults and 2 kids, and there is no enough places designed to put jackets, ski trousers, luggages and so on. - There is a relatively steep slope between the indoor garage and the street. On the first day, we failed to climb on to the slope, our wheels kept slipping, we have four season wheels. We texted the host on booking about this issue, asking for help and advices but never get any feedback for it during the whole 4 nights we stayed there. We tried again the next morning, and found the snow shovel and sand all by ourselves in the waste room. It took us at least 30 minutes to find the way to drive out, and created quite some stress to us for worrying being not able to drive out. And it was the day we planned the long hike. - The toaster is not usable, there is a lot of smoke coming out when we tried to use it, it seems there is cheese sticked in it from the last uses. I told the host about it on booking, but again we do not get any feedback for it during the whole 4 nights we stayed there. - On the second night, we noticed the sheet and blanket cover for the sofa bed has some dirt on it, which should come from the last use, looks like spilled coffee. I told the host about it on booking, this time he/she replied, and said the cleaning company will fix it, but no one ever comes.
