Great property to stay! Coco was really kind and helpful! Room is big and there is everything you need

The property was in a great location in Franklin in a beautiful heritage listed house. Coco responded well to all questions I had. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast included was good.

The location was perfect and easy to locate, on the main road in Franklin. Parking was in the backyard, and Coco gave us clear instructions on how to enter the building and which room we were staying in. We didn't see into other rooms, but our room, the Lavender room, was themed to lavender and very sweet as well as warm and comfortable. Bottled water was provided in a small fridge in the room, and the bathroom was well stocked with whatever you needed. So much attention to detail! Breakfast was downstairs, with plenty of options on the sideboard and in the fridge, and there were sweet biscuits for a snack if needed as well! There was a TV in our room which we watched, so we didn't use the big TV downstairs in the loungeroom. We had bikes with us, so did a short ride to Port Huon on the first evening, and a longer ride to Huonville and then a loop along the estuary and into Cygnet then back to Franklin on the next day. Such a picturesque part of Tasmania! So many places close by still to explore! We will return...
