The house is very spacious with a full kitchen for cooking. The washing machine works perfectly, and the clothes dry very quickly in the sun. Each room has air conditioning. The internet connection is very stable and fast throughout the house. There is a small restaurant in front of the house where we had lunch, such as "soto sapi" (beef soup) and "lotek" (vegan salad).
The house is about a 20-25 minute taxi ride to Malioboro Street (the busiest and most touristy street in Yogyakarta). It costs around 40,000 IDR (about $3 USD; we used the Grab app to get there).
The hostess, Ana, was exceptionally kind and helpful, as was her son, Davin, and Ms. Nani. They were all really kind, and we are very grateful. We recommend this place 100%.
