Lage war super, vor allem mit Hund
Eine Tee und Thermoskanne sowie ein Kaffeefilter oder Kaffeemaschine wären noch schön gewesen

Alles sauber und im guten Zustand. Schlüssel empfangen war problemlos, Küche war gut ausgestattet. Anbindung zum öffentlichen verkehr war super.
Das Schlafsofa, ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Für kleine Kinder vielleicht noch ok, aber für einen Erwachsenen zum schlafen absolut unbrauchbar. Für 4 Personen auch deutlich zu klein, abends noch nen film schauen macht dann kein spaß. Wohnung an sich eher kalt und steril eingerichtet, Hat nicht zum längeren verweilen am abend eingeladen. Badezimmer an sich super sauber und in gutem zustand, aber sehr eng, für breiter gebaute Menschen ist es eher schwierig. Die Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern,könnten etwas breiter sein, wer empfindlich auf Tageslicht reagiert, wird nicht ausschlafen können. Betten sind sehr tief.

Lage war innenstadtnah. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fahrräder im Innenhof abzustellen. WLAN einfach herzustellen. Sehr gute Ausstattung in der Küche.

Schön renovierte Altbauwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer kleinen Küche und einem Bad. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet u.a. auch mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt Nahe zur Braunschweiger Innenstadt.
Der Eingang zum Wohnhaus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
