We used the flat during a conference in a nearby hotel. The flat is renewed, clean and equipped with anything you need. There is AC in on bedroom and the other bedroom has a balcony so both are cool at night. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is close to the Mamaia beach area, and there is a small beach at 10 min distance.
The Black See in Constanta is not very clean, swimming is possible but then you need a shower. This problem must be fixed by the municipality if tourists should come back.
