Spectacular Oceanfront Penthouse - Unit 1203

We had an amazing stay and the highlight was definitely the breathtaking oceanfront views. Waking up to the sunrise from the bedroom and spending time on the balcony watching the waves was very relaxing. The unit was spacious, clean and well-maintained, making it ideal for a family stay. The location was also very convenient, right on the beach and close to the boardwalk, restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing getaway and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic, family-friendly beach stay.

We did experience a minor issue with the door lock initially, as it wasn’t locking properly, though it resolved on its own. There was also ongoing construction during our stay which meant the pool was closed. Additionally, the building felt a bit outdated but it appears to be in the process of renovation.

nice and clean - good views - comfortable. Enjoyed the decor - simple and beachy.

The front door has damage - as a renter, it did question security. Also in the directions for the keyless entry, it should be stated to lock when you leave by pressing the correct button.
