The Space:
Rare direct oceanfront three bedroom, two full-bath south end-unit condo with amazing views of the beach, ocean and bay. The open living area offers an oceanfront living room with a sleep-sofa, separate dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter. The nice sized, private oceanfront balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. It is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day in the sun and sand. There is also a private bayside balcony that offers nice bay views and beautiful sunsets. The master bedroom features a large picture window and sliding glass door to maximize the views, king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features two full-beds and television. The third bedroom features a king sized bed, television, access to the bayside balcony and beautiful bay views. There is a second full-bathroom to serve the living area and guest bedrooms. Building amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub, multiple elevators, direct beach access and two assigned parking spaces. Convenient location is within a short walk of coffee shops, parks, restaurants, shopping, amusements and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Very nice place and great location for seeint he beach from the place and being directly on the beach for playing! Checkin was super easy which was very convenient. Some of the kitchen drawers were off track and one of the beds in the room with two beds was very uneven and it felt like you were sleeping on a hill….other than that it was a wonderful time and we made many memories…it was very nice to have the linen package as well

Overall, the stay was great. View is incredible and location is wonderful. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the pool was closed and under construction. This was very disappointing to us as the pool was a major draw when traveling with children. The manager was quick with all communication and informed us that there was a neighboring pool we could use. I know some reviews mention the fact that you need to clean, but it is all in the agreement. We had to make the beds with clean linens when we arrived. Everything was pretty clean and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy the views and the company of one another. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our families had a great time. The beach was clean and quiet.

This condo advertises that it sleeps 10. It will not, however, accommodate 10. Upon arrival July 1 we found one dining chair broken. I immediately took a picture and emailed it to the property manager. With one chair broken, we now had 3 chairs and two stools to seat people to eat. That is five seats in a place supposed to handle 10. I called once/day, and finally got an emailed response on July 5. Upon my request, they sent over two more folding chairs. The tv/living area has a sofa and two chairs- again seating for five.
The refrigerator, which is the hub of a vacation full of fun drinks, restaurant leftovers, and general food needs, was lousy. It was missing one entire shelf, and one drawer, it has no icemaker and was equipped with ONE standard ice cube tray and one 1” foo-foo round ice cube tray. I bought two more trays (Coastal, you owe me $5.)
There is no standard cable tv programming provided, only streaming services. I do not subscribe to any such services and could not watch anything of value.
Since booking in January and during our stay, I called the property management about 4 times besides the four calls from July 1-5. I never once spoke to a person at the firm. I’m an old guy who doesn’t have his nose stuck in his phone all day. You guys need to answer your phone.
The cleaners score a c minus. If it wasn’t for the five star view from this place, the rating would be worse.
