We were informed that meals were not included in our room rate (even though it was clearly stated that it was) but the Ms. Yukiko the Manager was very kind and understanding that there was a miscommunication between Booking.com and Host. She then offered complimentary breakfast for us and she went out of her way to arrange for the kitchen to be opened just to serve us breakfast the next morning. Good service and warm hospitality on the part of the group.
A few hardware issues need to be attended to (repair). But overall a very comfortable and clean property.

比較的 上質な作りでバスルーム 洗面所もゆったりしていて気持ち良かった。宿の管理者が 応対してくれたが親切かつ フレンドリーで感じは良かった。ただ宿の運営が軌道に乗ってきたら 管理者との接触はなくなるのかもしれない。
5人で宿泊したが 食器類が不足かつちぐはぐに感じた。
また居間でテーブルを囲むためには 椅子の数も不足していた。折りたたみ椅子でもいいので用意してあれば嬉しい。
就寝前の鍵のチェック部分が多く大変であった。
また知らされていなかったが外部から 物置 (そこから居室 部分への侵入は可能。内部の鍵はついているが 施錠は不可能)へ入る部分も開けっぱなしで最後の最後にそれに気づいたが事前に張り紙等で注意喚起すべきであろう。
2階に所有者が居住しているという 張り紙はあったが 階段のところにロープがあるのみでそちらからこちらへの侵入が自由にできるので少し不安に思った。
庭でバーベキューをしたが 夜間照明が欲しかった。

七飯スノーパークに行く為に近いので週末だけ滞在しました。場所と広々した空間が良かったです。濡れたスキーウェアや手袋などを乾かす広い物干し場がありました。もう少しその場所を工夫すればスキーやスノボも置けると思います。スタッフの対応や笑顔がとても良かった。
昭和の建物を2000年頃にリノベーションしたと言う感じの家の一階でした。少し写真のイメージとは違いました。
オフシーズンでしたが一泊の料金が結構高かったです。
