Clean room, friendly host (per telephone only), free parking, reasonable price, near airport. Good guidebook sent by host prior to arrival.
The front gate was not possible to unlock with the key obtained from the lock box. After many minutes in sub-zero cold outside, the cleaning lady finally arrived to unlock the gate. The return of the keys was also impossible, as I could not open the lock box in the morning. I think a better system of access should be provided and the bell at the gate should at least be heard by the staff inside to allow guests to enter. The TV had no signal.
