Idyllic Getaway - modern and stylish with private spa

The property was very comfy to stay with our 2 daughters as they enjoyed the place and the spa pool was great, nice open space to sit, eat and chill. The messages with instructions from the host were very clear to follow, we had a really good time.

The house is new and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had good appliances. The hot tub was a welcome place to relax and warm up. The hosts were responsive to my questions.

We had difficulty with the panel heating system, which is also connected to the single heated towel rail in the bathroom. As the weather was very wet and there were 4 of us using the house and also using the hot tub it was important to be able to dry out our towels. When I inquired about how to get the heating and the towel rail on I was told that there was a control panel "hidden behind a painting in the entranceway" (!). This had been set up with the wrong time and with frost mode activated, which meant the heating and towel rail were only on at very limited times. Now, admittedly the hosts responded quickly and honestly to my inquiry, however this weird deception made me feel like saving money on heating was more important than the comfort of their guests and left me feeling disappointed with the place.

Modern, new furnishings. Very nice house 3 bedrooms and 3 queen/king beds. Great lounge room and eating area. Really liked it immensely.

Toilet blocked often, access was difficult when we arrived, procedure needs clarification. no sensor lights, kitchen appliances were lower quality. Fan didn’t work in bedroom. One aircon unit for whole house, worked just when set correctly. Kitchen utensiles are lacking.
