The breakfast was excellent and generously portioned, offering a great start to the day. I would especially like to highlight the kindness and hospitality of Alexis, who made the stay feel particularly welcoming. The hostel itself features beautiful architecture, complemented by the charm of the surrounding buildings. Its location is also ideal, close to everything, within easy reach of the beach, and with convenient transport options that make exploring all the city’s main attractions simple and enjoyable.

Greater publicity and strategic advertising could enhance the hotel’s visibility and strengthen its presence across media platforms. Although communication with the hostel staff was smooth, the channels used to communicate with guest, especially international visitors in other languages, could perhaps be improved to make things even clearer and more accessible.

Agradable, lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. A una cuadra de la Plaza de armas, museo histórico y el centro. Se puede ir caminando a la recova o al faro. Frente al jardín japonés.

He estado en varios hostales de La Serena, he pagado lo mismo con baño privado y no tan lejos del centro. Si que para mí es un poco caro si el baño es compartido.
