The staff were wonderful the hot water was steaming and strong. Nice breakfast to be had, delicious cakes and pastries.

The hotel is on the edge of the old city of La Serena but was generally quiet (except for the Saturday night when a function downstairs went on until at least 4AM).
The hotel is under major renovation and work seemed to be going on everywhere. My room was newly renovated and quite nice. Parking was secure.
The restuarant was adequate but not inspiring. There are few restaurants in the old city open in the evening; everything is at the beach a couple of kilometres away.

Staff were brilliant, loved the hotel generally- difficult to get hot water for a shower but the hotel was so lovely I wouldn’t hesitate to return
