I enjoyed the location, very central. The apartment is spacious and it's comfortable.
I didn't like the lack of acoustic insulation and thermal insulation. One AC is not enough for the entire apartment. The fact that the apartments are close to a bar, makes it really bad during the weekend. I don't like the architecture, where the windows of the second room, one bathroom and kitchen face the interior of the building, lack of privacy that brings the quality of the stay. The views are towards an industrial area.
