The reception are helpful and friendly and have a fridge for drinks if you need on arrival.
Being located next to a large downtown shopping mall there are a large number of people looking for help and I would be cautious walking there after dark. Good for stays that involve CBD or downtown work or appointments.

Really great stay right in the heart of Windhoek. Nothing to complain about and I will certainly return.

The man at the desk was kind and helpful. The cleaning staff was responsive. Washing machine was convenient.
Some sketchy activity on and around the property. People (seemingly not paying customers) coming and going. Other business being conducted on property. Many people smoking. No elevator.
