The guesthouse is close to the touristy part of Sagada, in a quiet road. It is surrounded by rice paddies, splendid view.
We booked a 2-bedroom apartment with cooking facilities but were relocated to a single bedroom. There were not even shared cooking facilities and no plates to make our own breakfast. It is a bit of a walk uphill to get to the guesthouse.

Nancy's property is beautiful and the room was light, airy, bigger than expected and clean. She provided towels, blankets, fresh water, an electric kettle, small fridge with freezer and toilet paper. She also did our laundry for a small fee. A gracious host.

We had a good night sleep but unfortunately unable to take a shower as the heater is not working. The staff are accommodating (Nancy and Sheba). It would be nice if you could fix your heater and ensure your foot paths are levelled as risky of tripping ( I’m with senior citizens and has poor mobility) needs more lightings via footpaths and coffee should be free as your promoting your arabica coffee products.
Otherwise, the staff are accommodating like Nancy, Sheba and the rest. Shout out to Jeffrey of SetGo and thank you to Frederick who accommodated our request for transfer… many thanks

The host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, making the experience very pleasant from start to finish. All of our requests were promptly attended to, and our questions regarding tours, tourism fee payments, and nearby cash withdrawal options were answered clearly and helpfully. The location is highly convenient, as it is close to many popular restaurants and tour sites. The homestay itself is spacious, offers free parking, and the availability of a heater added an extra level of comfort to our stay.
The update regarding the change in the homestay’s location was sent only a day before our arrival, which caused confusion upon check-in as we initially went to the original address. Additionally, the road leading to the parking area is very narrow and only allows one vehicle to pass at a time, making access inconvenient and challenging, especially for drivers unfamiliar with the area.
