    The room has it’s own cr and balcony, you will get to hear the flow of water from the balcony and it soothes the ears in the morning when you hwake up. Everything is basic and it’s all you need when your outside most of the time and the location is walkable to all the famous restaurants in Sagada. The care taker or owner is very informative and helpful..

    The property is newly built. It is nice and clean and the staff is friendly along with her kid. I loved staying there. I hope to visit again soon.

    We were booked for a total of four nights but decided to leave one day early due to excessive noise from other guests. There were frequent loud shouting even late at night, as well as early in the morning and in the afternoon. This is not the property’s fault, but it would be helpful if there were stricter rules or better enforcement to manage noise levels. Property Review: Pros: * Affordable and good value for the price * Convenient location near popular restaurants * Friendly and accommodating receptionist * Spacious rooms with two large beds, suitable for two guests * Lobby is consistently clean and well-maintained Cons: * The property is a mix of a residential home and transient accommodation, so noise from neighbors and other guests is expected * Although near restaurants, reaching the main road requires a short uphill walk * Rooms tend to feel damp or humid, possibly due to the local weather conditions
