Dom's Oase

The whole property (including the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, pool, and common areas) is spotless. The facilities are great, especially the kitchen. The place is also beautifully designed and feels very cozy and welcoming. The location is quiet, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay. The owners are very kind and live on the property, so whenever you have questions or need any assistance, they are always ready to help. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Panglao. If you’re looking for a place to stay, don’t hesitate to book here! Thank you so much, Janeth and John, for hosting us :)

La amabilidad de los anfitriones, el lugar es precioso y la ubicación excelente si te gusta algo más tranquilo y no el bullicio de Alona beach. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Fue nuestro alojamiento para una semana entera y nos sentimos como en casa. El mejor de todo nuestro viaje de 17 días por filipinas.

L’emplacement était idéal, pas très loin du centre et très calme. L’hôte est très sympa, serviable et disponible. La chambre est vraiment bien confortable et la piscine est très propre.

This is a studio apartment for 4 people with a kitchen and a bathroom and all necessities needed. John and Janeth were quite welcoming for a while. Janeth made sure the apartment was always very neat and she helped me recover from an injury.

Apparently there is a condition in renting the place that is not written anywhere on the booking website (still cannot find it...). As mentioned by John later on, it is possible to invite guests for coffee or a meal only if they come from European, US, or large cities from the Philippines (Manila, Cebu), but not if they are locals coming from Panglao/Bohol. I felt quite insulted by John which was very rude about this as I had a friend over for coffee. There was so much hatred in his comments that I could not accept this and I felt I had to leave before then end of my planned stay at Dom's Oase.
