Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Für den dritten Gast stand kein Gästebett für Mitteleuropäer zur Verfügung. Es stand nur eine Matratze mit einer Länge von 150 cm zur Verfügung. Die Küchenausstattung des Apartments war minimalistisch. Mülleimer wurden nicht geleert. Bad und WC wurden während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt.
