Luxury Apartments by Hyatus at Boston Cambridge

Great location and very modern apartment. Had all necessary toiletries and more. The apartment was quite small but had everything we needed. The facilities are great. We could play pool, play golf simulation, play board games and more downstairs. Staff at the reception very helpful and friendly!

Good location.

Very small apartment. Really a studio. No closets, very little storage space. Construction outside 7 days a week starting at 6 AM.

Place was new and modern. Very nice facilities and lounge areas in the main area. Very secured and safe.

Getting the keys was such a problem. Flying from so far on a red eye is not a fun thing to deal with. The locked box combo did not work and we had to call the people which was a problem hearing them on the phone. It took a while for us to get the correct key. Parking was a problem especially coming after hours. The parking garage was closed and we had to find another place for parking. Even the parking attendant told us the parking is an issue for a lot of people. We ended up parking at the open lot at Harvard Business School instead of the parking garage. Place was nice but very tight and small. There needs to be better lighting especially in the main bedroom. And the shower head needs to have more power on it.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained on arrival, which made settling in easy. It was also comfortable, with a quiet environment that made it ideal for relaxing after a long day. The space had lots of fun amenities including a library, tv and games room; also office space when I had to sit down for a work call. This made the stay convenient and hassle-free.

The location was a bit limited in terms of nearby shops—there weren’t any immediately close by, although a few options were available within about a 10-minute walk. The lack of luggage storage was inconvenient, especially for managing time after check-out.
