Cozy Cabin Near Dollywood with Hot Tub

The location was wonderful, the bed was very comfortable (including for my wife who often experiences back pain due to bulging disks) and both the hot tub and jacuzzi were amazing. This was the first time I had been able to take my wife to a cabin (rather than a hotel) to the Smokies and on the whole everything was great.

I was not happy to discover (without being told beforehand) there was no cable, but only Roku. We use Dish at home and I can't download the Dish Anywhere App on Roku. I was able to download other apps (including local stations) and login to such things are TBN, ESPN Foxone, etc to watch a lot of my programming. There were also some loud neighbors above us who seemed to want to trounce loudly on the floors or sound like they were moving furniture in the middle of the night. I slept through it, but it did disturb my wife some. I know that isn't the site's fault. Also, it seemed like there was no on site management here. I once had to go to a laundrymat to wash towels and wash cloths because I couldn't get someone to our cabin to deliver more and there was no w/d in the room.

Loved the fact that it had a hot tub, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and fitness room

The hot tub didn’t have any chlorine in the clorinator. Day 2, the tub started getting a little slimy and had some brown stuff floating on top. Emailed for the situation to be fixed. I was told maintenance was coming. They never did. I didn’t use the hot tub the last night. They did refund me 15.00.

I loved the simplicity and comfort of the property, it was easy access to about anywhere you could want to go and exceptionally close to everything.

So where our cabin was there was no parking at it. The only place to park was at the bottom of the hill like two or three cabins down. Not a huge deal unless you’re loading or unloading your car. Just something they might want to disclose on their site.
