We hebben 7 dagen in Villa Svetog Vida verbleven en het was werkelijk geweldig! De villa is ruim, modern en perfect onderhouden. Alles was kraaknet en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De vier slaapkamers, elk met een eigen badkamer, zorgden voor veel comfort en privacy, ideaal voor een verblijf met familie of vrienden. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen of tips over de omgeving. Hun adviezen maakten ons verblijf nog leuker! De ligging is rustig en geeft echt dat ontspannen vakantiegevoel, maar toch is alles wat je nodig hebt goed bereikbaar. Kortom: een absolute aanrader! We hebben enorm genoten en komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug. 🌞🏡💛

We stayed 5 days in this modern, super clean, and beautiful villa. First of all, the villa is spotless. You won’t find a single fingerprint anywhere when you check in. The windows are so crystal clear that my kids twice didn’t even realize there was glass! The owner, Mr. Mladen, is incredibly kind and friendly. Both Mladen and Domagoj do their absolute best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Mladen loves to talk and share stories about his villa, Croatia, food — pretty much everything. He’s such a warm and huggable person. The villa has a comfortable, warm jacuzzi and a heated pool with a perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. You get plenty of towels — not just one per person for the whole stay, but enough for several days, which is really nice. There’s a Nespresso machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — beautiful glasses, plates, dishes, all new and of high quality. We also loved the villa’s location. We had done our homework beforehand, so we knew exactly what to expect. Complaining about the location afterward just doesn’t make sense — do your research and you’ll appreciate it as we did. A little tip: the house right in front of the pool sells fresh olive oil at a very decent price — definitely buy some, it’s amazing! And finally, we were deeply touched by Mr. Mladen’s thoughtful gesture — he brought us a lovely gift at the end of our stay, and even had presents for our children. That meant a lot to us. Overall, a wonderful experience — spotless villa, kind people, and warm hearts. We will definitely come back!

Villa is up on the hill just enough to have an amazing view over the bay, overlooking the Sevid peninsula. On the other hand it takes literally a couple of minutes to reach the closest waterfront, and all the beaches are within 10 minutes walk. Villa itself is brand new and features a beautiful and sizeable salt-water pool. The kitchen is quite expensive, and is fully equipped with all the appliances you could ever need on a vacation. There's even a hand mixer. There is AC unit in each room and they cool superbly. One bedroom is on the bottom floor, which makes it an easy pick if your company has pair of guests with difficulty climbing the stairs. The patio table easily fits 8, and includes comfortable chairs. Our welcome kit included cooled drinks, a beautiful basket of fruit and a huge watermelon as a highlight. We appreciated this greatly, but on the check-out hosts further surprised us with a gorgeous basket filled with some local cheese, fruit jam and olive oil! We've been to a few similar accommodations before and never experienced the care we were given here. We're thankful for that!

Nothing to do with the villa itself, but it needs mentioning that you should expect some unpaved roads due to public works, and also make sure you stock up your fridge upfront because the local grocery is having hard time keeping up with the demand.
