Le propriétaire était disponible, très gentil, il nous a bien expliquer ce qu'il fallait savoir sur l'appartement. Concernant l'appartement, il est très bien situé. À moins de 5min du tram. Il est bien équipé, le lit est agréable, il ne fait pas trop chaud.
Présence de quelques fourmis dans l'appartement, rien de gênant. Manque un traversin pour le lit.
