L'emplacement géographique, l'agencement de l'appartement, et son espace de vie, ainsi que les chambres sont très appréciables. Le travail de rénovation et le goût esthétique de l'ameublement et des décorations sont très bien. La climatisation a été plus qu'appréciable en cette période de canicule
Les volets roulants non fonctionnels (chambre parentale et séjour) ont été un manque, et un ventilateur supplémentaire serait appréciable (surtout lorsqu'il y a la canicule). C'est vraiment le seul point à améliorer. En suggestion, et selon le budget, une climatisation pour la seconde chambre ou bien le séjour pourrait être d'autant plus appréciable.

Alloggio veramente bello, dotato di ogni confort, arredato e corredato alla perfezione. Piatti,.stoviglie, ma anche lavatrice, ferro da stiro e asse, bollitore, macchina per il caffè in cialde, tostapane... Non manca nulla. Riscaldamento, letti comodi, vista molto caratteristica. Proprietario attento e cortese, ci ha accompagnato per tutto il tempo con graditi messaggi.
Unico neo, bisogna fare attenzione alle scale, molto ripide e strette sia per salire in casa che per raggiungere le camere, ma talmente bello, che si va facilmente oltre.

Außergewöhnliche, charmante Wohnung über 2 Etagen mit einem sehr großen, bequemen Doppelbett und optimaler Anbindung mit der berühmten Straßenbahn ins Zentrum von Montpellier.Ruhige Nächte, fußläufig zu Geschäften, unkomplizierter check-in, unkompliziert mit Hund. Schöner und praktischer Aufenthalt, um die Gegend und Stadt zu erkunden, vielen Dank!
Für uns war alles gut, da wir uns auf die etwas entfernt liegenden Parkplätze und Treppen in der Wohnung eingerichtet hatten, alles bestens!
