ILKA Residence - Stylish Stay Near Skopelos Port

The apartment is very spacious, full of light and fresh air. It has all the necessary amenities, including a variety of kitchen appliances and plenty of tableware. Everything is new, thoughtfully arranged, and spotlessly clean. Each window has a mosquito net, which was a big plus — we could leave the windows open at night and enjoy the fresh air. Since the house is slightly uphill, there’s often a pleasant breeze, so we rarely needed to use the air conditioning. The long terrace is beautifully positioned, and we loved starting our days there with breakfast and coffee. It’s just a 10–15-minute downhill walk to the charming town of Skopelos. The location is ideal — close to the town, yet tucked away in a peaceful area where you hear nothing but crickets and the occasional distant rooster, surrounded by lovely Mediterranean scents. And finally, the hosts — Iro and her mom — were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel completely at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back! :)

We loved everything! The residence is located about a kilometer uphill from the town, which might not be ideal for everyone to walk — especially during hot summer days. However, we actually enjoyed those evening walks. If you have a car, the location is no issue at all. There’s plenty of parking at the property, and a large public parking lot right at the entrance to the town.
