위치,시설,청결도가 너무 완벽히 좋았습니다.
특히 수납 공간이 아주 넓어 장기간 숙박에 무척 편리했습니다.
주변에 유적지, 맛집, 지하철역, 편의점에 24시간 슈퍼까지.. 여행에 최적화된 깔끔한 숙소였습니다. 강력 추천!
개선점이라기 보다는, 후쿠오카 체류 기간동안 밤 온도가 영하1-2도 수준이었는데 히터의 열기가 부족한지 너무 추워서 뜨거운 물주머니 끼고 겨우 잠들었습니다. 그리고 저희는 고등학생 자녀1명이 있는 가정이어서 음주나 고성방가를 하지는 않는 편인데 주변에서 시끄럽다는 컴플레인을 받아서 패널티 경고 메세지를 받았습니다. ㅜㅜ
일본 집 구조의 특징인지 잘 모르겠지만,,단열과 소음에 주의해야 할 것 같습니다.

少了一個大湯匙，煮了泡麵才發現沒有湯匙可以舀湯；另外沙發床怪怪的組合不平衡，試了2次最後放棄…

Loved the location. Close to a subway station, walkable, bikable, and across the street from a shrine. Also great restaurants and cafe in the neighborhood. (Muen Coffee around the corner is amazing!) We had plenty of room and the apartment and the building was really clean. The apartment had everything we needed.
Nothing, really. The bed was firm, but still comfortable.
