the owner is nice and accomodating he took care of my stay and apologize on the inconvenience... i just had a problem on my booking from booking.com because the room is double book there is someone on the room.. so the owner put me on another room for the rest of my 4night stay.. i had no complains whatsoever because the other room is ok however the internet is a bit unstable because i have work from home and sometimes it disconnects which is inconvenient on my end but i had to work it out because the original room im suppose to be in is occupied.. im not sure whats the problem with booking.com or the property management why double booking occur.. however its an ok stay for me.. the room is spacious and clean..

its not like i dont like but maybe the rfs card on elevator where your visitor needs assistance from guard to go up or you have to go down to get your visitor in the lobby.. it will be more convenient if no more card needed on elevator and just need to login on the guard.. it maybe for safety measure on the property but just my suggestions :)

The little balcony overlooking part of Malate. The bed was comfortable enough for me. The aircon and tv were also great inclusions.

The bathroom was dirty and partly mouldy which wasn't too bad for me but for future guests I'm sure wouldn't be happy with. All the dishes I bothered to look at for use were dirty so I didn't bother. No dishwashing soap as well and no toilet paper. The elevator takes its sweet time to reach you as well.
