    I've had a not so good experience during my check in time, front desk says that they cannot check me in becasue they don't receive booking in there computer and telling me to contact agoda so that i could cancel my booking. Not even tryjng to contact agoda to check if im booked or not! I was the one who contacted agoda through customer service. Then suddenly they let me checked in because they that it already paid in there system. When i go up to the room it not what i saw from the photo they posted in agoda pictures. Toilet was jot flushing, no water in the faucet. They have to give you gallons of water to teansfer to the bucket that was in the CR.

    I just booked for my auntie, she said the room is fit for 1 person only, no blanket and no water in the morning. 9am wala na daw tubig, sinabi sa staff pero no respond. pati blanket wala din daw may another payment. I hope maging maayos yung service ng mga staff. Ok naman daw yung room. Yun lang thank you.
