Appliances were all upgraded. Had basic condiments stocked which was good. All information about surrounding attractions was provided.
Its time to upgrade the furniture and cabinets. They were clean though. It was on 3rd floor. It was hard to carry luggage all the way. But the view of the ocean compensated for it.

No food is provided. Excellent location if you want activity in the ocean and love a view. Two bedrooms and two baths make it nice for couples or families. deck was a great place to relax.
Lots of stairs and we are in our mid 80's. There is an elevator, but the design of the building means you still need to use stairs to get to unit 214.

Loved the location, the large balcony
Decoration is outdated. Extremely pricey. No elevator. Could not access the pool as we did not have a pool key.

Location is everything and this place is right across from a beautiful beach and we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and could see the sunset from it. King bed was very comfy in master and it was nice having two bathrooms and laundry in the unit.
Unit was a bit dated and while there were lots of dishes and supplies it was a bit of a mish mash. It didn't bother us in the least altho it might bother some people.
