    From the moment we entered the hotel, we received a great service. The room was just what we needed for our stay in Lisbon. The location is just perfect : close to the train to either Cascais or Sintra, close to the Arch, on Augusta street. We could not ask for anything more. Thanks for the lovely stay.

    We loved the LX Arch Hotel. So so convenient, staff was terrific, and the room was beautifully appointed and spotless. Definitely would stay here again if we stay in Lisbon.

    As I could not stay due to wrong dates and a non refundable policy, and inability to change dates (even before the actual check in date) to the correct dates, it’s impossible to give a real review. Though I have seen good reviews, cannot say so for myself.
