The Search is over City Centre Luxury

The location of this property is perfect, right in the middle of the centre, walking distance to all the main sites. It was well decorated, spotlessly clean and had more than enough facilities for 4 adults (iron, ironing board, large fridge, fully equipped kitchen, bedding etc etc). Check-in and checkout process was easy, given the clarity of the instructions provided. The beds were comfy, shower was powerful, and plenty of wardrobe space. Refund of the security deposit was refunded promptly after our stay, which is much appreciated. The property owners are contactable round the clock, great communication.

As it is a city centre property in an old building, it was quite loud at night but the owners obviously can’t control this, I would suggest bringing earplugs for a better sleep. Also, one minor issue was the shower gel being empty in the ensuite, but wouldn’t impact on the stay in general.

Absolutely loved our stay with Sovereign Suites! Everything exceeded our expectations and had a boutique hotel vibe. The apartment is really well presented, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and is furnished to a very high standard—every detail has been well thought out even down to the check-in instructions which included a video walkthrough. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was also very good quality, very similar to hotel quality. The location is perfect—you can literally walk to everything, attractions, restaurants, and the seafront is less than a 2 minute walk, even being so centrally located the apartment was peaceful and private. The Sovereign Suites Team was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. I can’t recommend Sovereign Suites highly enough and will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Brighton.

It’s a great apartment in an excellent location. Very close to the beach plus the city centre around the corner. Lovely spacious apartment with two well decorated bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We spent the weekend with our family and it’s just perfect with children: the apartment has two bathrooms. Couldn’t ask for more!
