Lovely hosts welcomed us in person. The house is full of family history and much love has gone into it and the garden.
It’s very big! We loved having so much space and different areas to relax. The kitchen was very well stocked and we also used the grill outside.
Location was perfect for Herculaneum and Pompeii, it’s a quiet getaway.
It got very warm during the day (we were there in a heatwave) and we struggled without air conditioning, even though we had two big fans.
Check in was a bit tricky - we met at a nearby pizzeria but we got there first and the restaurant owner (?) was confused why we were there.
