Spacious and clean.
All basic amenities provided.
Strategic location - nearby restaurant and cafes, laundromat and convenience stores.
Need to climb stairs to the top, to reach the room.
Hence a tremendous hassle if you brought big heavy luggage.
Though I don't think it's practical for lift inside the building.

Many beds, free parking, smart tv with Netflix account, sejadah, iron and board, hair dryer and ada meja makan besar.
Located at level 3, not suitable for senior citizens and family with babies. Tangga tinggi untuk ke atas. Lokasi dan HP aircond tidak dapat menyejukkan seluruh room. Kami kepanasan. Owner boleh tambah kipas siling 2 biji. Custome made bed tu bahaya dan menyusahkan naik ke tilam walaupun sudah di eltak safety rubber di bucu. Bantal untuk king bed tu tidak selesa. No sink near meja makan tu susah mahu cuci pinggan mangkuk dalam tandas.
