Overall stay was good enough. However not sure how it was 5 star .

Seems it has been renovated recently, also the staff was very friendly .

No lift , so if you are with big luggage will be difficult, also the room was cold , the temperature of the heater could be set maximum to 25 degree , house keeping didnt change the bedsheet every day as it was dirty and the next day it was still the same !

New hotel with great rooms but no services

Brand new hotel, spacious rooms very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and beautiful marble bathroom , with a large shower working perfectly. The receptionist was extremely careful and polite.

When I booked on Booking.com, it was not clear to me that the hotel didn’t have a restaurant or a bar, with no possibility for in house breakfast. No gym and spa as well (they are available in a nearby hotel of the same ownership at 10 minutes walk). Also the reception is open from 8.00am to 5.00pm only (you have a WhatsApp service available in case of need).

整体非常适合情侣度假，房间里很干净，有胶囊咖啡机并没有咖啡啊，备品齐全Lation味道我很喜欢。工作人员解决问题十分有耐心！好评！！！！！

给我们升级的小型套房，但是不在酒店本身的位置，在附近另一个楼里面，整体私密性不错，如果有早餐的话需要步行到有正式前台的地方，大概步行5分钟左右。我们入住当晚两个房间四个人都要洗澡，但是发现完全没有热水，联系了whatsapp的工作人员回复很及时，主动询问我们升级房型以弥补这个问题，远程指导我到其他空房间查看是否有热水，但是Schade都没有热水，房间都没有房卡电力激活的地方，这点我很无语。最后给我们换到了有前台工作人员值班的楼里，但是已经太晚了帮我们叫的taxi。给了我们一些补偿，当天晚上值班的工作人员非常耐心，也非常积极解决问题。不然在凌晨一点多两点了来回折腾我们四个人都爆炸了。第二天的早餐食物非常丰富，但是我们在9:30左右下来吃饭水果已经不会再补充了，没有注意到有蔬菜沙拉，其他的都非常好，有一些自己酒店早餐与众不同的地方。

Posizione comoda ma non centralissima, colazione lasciava a desiderare con più pecche trovate nelle varie colazioni (qualità scarsa, muffa su pomodori, focaccia vecchia e dura)

Tutto eccellente

Personale gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa, letto comodo,mini bar fornito, bagno spazioso e dotato di tutti gli accessori. Sono stata anche molto fortunata nel trovare subito un parcheggio all’esterno.Veramente tutto eccellente. Tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura appena tornerò a Firenze.

Una vera delusione.

Quando siamo partiti…

Non è un hotel, non è un 5 stelle. Non è nemmeno un b&b visto che non ha possibilità di colazione. Non ha ristorante, non ha servizio in camera, non ha bar, non ha reception dopo le 17, non cambiano le lenzuola tutti i giorni, non ha parcheggio proprio. Non so come possa spacciarsi come 5 stelle dato che esistono, mi risulta, dei requisiti previsti. Quando arrivati, non funzionando l’apertura da remoto abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti un signore che venisse ad aprirci. Pulizia che lascia a desiderare.

Simply perfect

Ho soggiornato al LHP River Club Firenze e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. La struttura è elegante, moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è ideale per chi desidera visitare Firenze senza rinunciare alla tranquillità: in pochi minuti si raggiungono il centro storico, gli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio e i principali luoghi d’interesse. La camera è spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort: aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce, e piscina all’aperto (una rarità a Firenze!). Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a dare consigli su dove mangiare, cosa visitare e come spostarsi. Il check-in è stato facile e veloce. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura sia per coppie che per famiglie o viaggiatori in cerca di relax, eleganza e una base perfetta per esplorare Firenze. Ci tornerei senza dubbio!

C’est hôtel ressemble plus à appartement qu’à un hôtel 5 étoiles…

L’hôtel est récent, propre et possède une petite piscine et terrasse.

Le gros souci est que cet hôtel n’a pas le standing d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. C’est plus un appart-hôtel. Presque pas de personnel. Réception ouverte de 9h-17h. Nous avons du faire un check in via WhatsApp, l’hôtel demandant des documents personnels, photos de passeports et carte de crédit (alors que nous étions dans le train sans wifi) On doit télécharger une application sinon on ne pouvait pas entrer dans l’établissement. Pas de petits déjeuners ou autres services sur place. Des ouvriers faisaient des rénovations sur la terrasse de la piscine en pleine journée. L’isolation est très mauvaise, on pouvait se parler à travers les murs, n’espérez pas dormir après 9h du matin, le personnel de ménage débarque en faisant tellement de bruit et les chambres sont tellement mal isolées qu’il est impossible de dormir. On s’est senti livré à nous même dans un appartement de vacances, avec presque pas de personnel, accueil, conseils…
