Overall very positive.
Level driveway. Easy entrance to Northwoods.
NO Emergency lighting for power outage. Hot tub not on premisses-charge for usage. WiFi very weak.

I would rent this property again. The living space was nice, the sofas were comfortable.
Spacious, plenty of beds, kitchen well-equipped, clean, good location, comfortable. Good instructions for check-in and check-out, easy to unlock and lock the front door using the key pad. Nice entry way for shoes and jackets.
We found the beds to be hard and uncomfortable. The exterior needs some TLC. It looks pretty shabby on the outside.

Good value in lovely Lake Tahoe.
Lovely big space not to far from the action. Comfy couches to relax on and decent sized kitchen.
Could have had a few more amenities in the kitchen including cold water and/or milk for tea or coffee.
