This was a wonderful flat with all the required amenities. The location was perfect for me. It was close to a large shopping center, grocery store and buses that went all over Solihull and Birmingham. There is also a restaurant/pub opposite the building.

Loved the apartment, modern, clean, comfortable, and beautiful decor. Would definitely stay again.
Parking and leaving the car park required a degree of driving skill, ie you need to be good at reversing!

A home away from home with great facilities, comfortable bed, functional furniture and initial stocks of things like milk, coffee, tea, water and toiletries, etc, which allowed a smooth commencement of our stay. Fantastic directions and communication from the host including proactive initiatives to supplement the unit with an additional blower fan during a period of abnormally hot weather. Great location with ready access to shops, restaurants, etc. Good secure car parking space.
Slightly noisey from nearby pub on weekend nights but not too bad.
