Comfortable and clean apartment

Nice and tidy property with everything we needed. Great communication with the host.

Well suited to family with small children (or very good friends).

The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Iron, ironing board, vacuum and hairdryer were all helpful additions.

There are 2 pillars - one in the living room and one in the twin bedroom that massively limit the space meaning that there isn't a lot of room for 4 people to sit down to watch TV and the beds in the twin room only have a very small (a couple of inches) gap between them. The Master bedroom would benefit from a set of proper drawers. The biggest issue was hot water. We had 4 people to get a shower in the mornings, and the hot water always ran out after the first person. Must be a different water supply to the kitchen hot tap, though, because that was scalding hot!

We were only two but the amount of cutlery and dishes that were available meant that we had to run the dishwasher very regularly. All good otherwise !

The open kitchen/living room such a spacious feeling. The apartment is so clean and smells so fresh. You can tell if has been well looked after.

very pleasant stay. will surely come again

The apartment is brand new and within a nice compound. location is great and within walking distance to Solihull train station and shopping centre. The apartment has a good size balcony which was nice to open the doors during hot weather. We had rental car and the parking was very easy and secured for the compound's residents. The apartment have everything we needed. The building and the compund are quiet. There is also a next door Travelodge hotel with nice restaurant. The landlord was very helpfull. We will surely come again for our next visit to Solihul and Birmingham.

Very comfortable modern 2 bedroom apartment with lots of extras.

Very modern, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms, excellent wifi, full well appointed kitchen, large tv, comfortable sofas and beds. Good location for traveling to/from Warwick castle, Stratford upon Avon and Cotswolds and more. Close to BHX airport. Responsive and friendly caretaker/owner.

Tricky locking balcony doors, figuring out stop top and oven elements symbols, and washer/dryer. A slippery shower floor in master bathroom, no hooks in either bathroom for hanging wet towels. Towels could have been newer and a few hand towels would be useful.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Everything was new and clean, great facilities with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Good location, very handy for Solihull town centre and also the bus/train station.

The only slight negative was that the hot water didn’t last very long, not enough for more than one or two people to shower.
