Spacious for 5 people
Very steep stairs, a 5 minute walk (not very well lit at night) into a residential estate where cars cannot access. If you have a lot of shopping or heavy luggage, walking can be a chore. One bathroom and one toilet for 5 people is not very convenient. Main door lock is not easy to unlock; require 2-6 times of trying to unlock. Electric stove was not working well: couldn’t boil a small pot of water.
