The house is very spacious and cosy. The beds were comfortable. The views were great!
The lock code did not work and the number they gave us to call wasn't managed. It took us over an hour to get in.
Also, the dryer was missing the lint tray completely and we didn't realize it until it "ate" my dress. We let the management company know, but they didn't do anything about it.
The freezer was blocked with ice and leaked all over the kitchen. They did send out a repair that fixed it that day which we appreciated. However, they didn't coordinate a time with us, they just showed up--which scared my kids as we weren't expecting anyone (several hours after I let them know via text).
