It looked exactly like on the photos. Place was clean and perfectly located in the city. The owner was very nice and helpful. Keys are available for the guests in a locked box so arriving after midnight was no problem at all. Underground station was nearby and connection to the city center was very good. For the price it’s a total steal and would definitely book this apartment again.

It is a simple building/apartment and do not expect nothing too fancy. It is confortable (we were a family of 5), clean, has all the equipment you need, hosts always available for info, fabulous location (on top of portobello road) for a fair price.
to say something, the living room could be better arranged (space wise) to make it better for the family to “hang out”. It has a bathtub, a simple shower would be more practical (and give more space in the bathroom) if you are traveling for a couple of days. We missed a Nespresso machine.
