Clean comfortable and location.

Spacious and clean, very comfortable
The property was very good but I was appalled by the fact that they wanted either $35 New Zealand as a non refundable in case of damage or sign up my credit card and they would deduct $350 in case of damage. It would not be returned for a week. This was blackmail and was not in the conditions when I booked. I refused to sign up to either and as a result was unable to access some information such as the house manual and this made check in difficult. I made a complaint to Bookings.com who confirmed it was not stated when I booked.
