La situación

El horario de entrada a las 15 horas y no tuve la clave de acceso hasta las 15:15, al reclamarla, me parece muy tarde y la salida a las 10, tienes que madrugar para dejar la casa recogida. Si quieres una hora más, 30 euros adicionales.
