It offered everything we needed - washing machine, dry machine, enough comfy beds for the whole family. Its location was also very ideal - close to RealNZ glowworm tour gathering point, couple of restaurants, and 2 supermarkets.
The door was tricky to shut - needed some force and a tricky angle to accomplish the mission. The entrance was a little hard to sight - we missed it on arrival at night, but then it was not a problem after.

Lots of room, close to town centre activities, hot tub
Too close to the Redcliff Restaurant, where they play live music Friday and Saturday nights until very late. Friday night there was loud music playing at 1AM (place is supposed to close at midnight).
The single toilet needs some attention. Human waste was difficult to get to flush through.
