The villa is big, has a nice size pool and private parking. The kitchen was equipped with everything. There is an apple TV in the living room which was nice. The rooms are big and there is air con in every room. Vadim was very responsive and quick to assist. The villa is not that close to shops and if it's hot outside you need a car to get to town centre.
The mattress were not very comfortable, they were a bit thin.

Fab stay here in June 2026 for work meetings and family holiday. Great communication with host Vadim who looked after us very well. Having our own pool was a godsend in the heat. We hired a car and got to travel a bit around the Paphos area. Loads to see and do.

Villa is a great size, private pool is lovely and clean. Host is very responsive and fixed minor issues the day they were raised, also let us leave late which we couldn't be more thankful for
A sacrifice must be made for a private pool, in this case location. It says half hour walk to old town but to get to harbour where most things are an hour walk. Would recommend getting a car for the duration of your stay, you can use bus which are super cheap but not very frequent
