A localização é ótima. Situa-se numa zona excelente, próxima da Torre Branca, TIF Helexpo, jardins, restaurantes, padaria, mercearias/supermercados, paragens de autocarros e toda a zona marítima, barcos, etc. Um pouco mais afastado da zona histórica. O apartamento foi renovado recentemente e está excelente, tendo ótimas condições e estando equipado com o essencial para uma curta estadia. Tem máquina de lavar roupa ( mas não tem estendal ), ferro e pequena tábua. Tinha pequenas simpatias como sal, azeite, açúcar e café, etc. O apartamento estava muito limpo e cheiroso!

Só ter AC na sala/ cozinha e ventoinhas nos quartos. Podiam disponibilizar um pequeno estendal, sendo que tem máquina de lavar roupa, seria útil ter um estendal. A box do wc deixa sair água, mesmo com cuidado acaba por molhar e sujar o chão. Sugestão: podiam deixar sacos do lixo extra e produtos de limpeza, para se poder lavar o chão.

Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσία. Ολοκαίνουργιο, πεντακάθαρο, με υψηλή αισθητική! Σε μια κεντρική μεν αλλά αδιανόητα ήσυχη γειτονιά. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Location is perfect- central to everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment is clean and modern. Easy to find and enter. Elevator is handy to get suitcases up to the third floor. Air conditioning works well.

Air conditioning cools the main area of the apartment well, but not the bedrooms. (We bought two fans and are leaving them for the next guests- they worked great to get the cool air into the bedrooms. Hopefully they are left in the apartment.) There is no microwave. There is no mirror aside from the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Guests would probably enjoy a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment. There is no shower door, so water goes everywhere. The rain shower faucet doesn’t work- just floods water down the back wall. The handheld shower head works fine but doesn’t tighten well so don’t run water on full pressure (learned this the hard way). WiFi is non existent and signal inside the building is sparse. Mattresses are concrete slabs.
