Urban suites- HELEXPO

Everything was perfect the location, the host. He left us wine and some drinks in the fridge, capsules for the coffee machine. There were towels and toilet paper, some shampoo, conditioner and soap. There was hair blow dryer, an iron, a microwave and washing machine and a dishwasher. He also left detergent and softener and capsules for the dishwasher. The property was located at the centre of the city, it was easy to go on foot. There was a good burger place near us if you want food and a supermarket close also.

We didn’t like that the apartment doesn’t have a parking space. The parking was very difficult. Most paid private parking lots are 20€ a day or more and most of them want your car keys so they can move your car for some reason. The first hours for parking were also higher price than the hours of the rest of the day. So if you want to park just for a few hours not a whole day it would be higher price. The closest to the apartment was 21€ a day. You could also park on the street for 4 hours max for 1.70€ an hour. The zone was from 9:00 to 21:00. And you could move your car every 4 hours to a different area with a different number from the other but that’s just very difficult and time consuming. In the apartment the only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom with the shower. It was clean but the door didn’t close properly so you have to put a towel in front of it so you don’t damage the wooden floors. And there was a shelf in the bathroom that wasn’t stable so you can’t put your things there or it would fall. And the smaller shower head did not have a higher stand so you had to use the bigger shower head which is not ideal because it’s above you and you could wet your hair.

Ev sahibinin iletişimi mükemmeldi. Konum harika, merkeze rahatça yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. Bize ikram olarak şarap bırakması da çok ince bir davranıştı. Evde ve mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı bulaşık ve çamaşır deterjanı, buzdolabında içecekler ve su, şampuan, sabun, peçete aklınıza ne gelirse... Bizim bugüne kadar konakladığımız en iyi yerdi. Bir daha Selanik'e gelirsek kesinlikle burada kalırız. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Très bonne communication notre hôte qui a donné de bons conseils. Notre hôte a arrangé pour que nous puissions entrer dans l'appartement un peu plus tôt et quitter l'appartement un peu plus tard que les horaires standards. L'appartement est très bien placé, bien équipé et confortable.

Ce serait plus confortable pour le dos d'avoir le matelas du lit plus ferme.

The location is great, everything is nearby, just a few hundred meters from the waterfront street and the White Tower. It's close to the metro and buses. The neighborhood has a lovely atmosphere. The conditions in the apartment are excellent, the bed was comfortable and cozy, and the terrace is pleasant for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The host was wonderful and responsive. Highly recommend!
