Alles was nieuw, er is een wasmachine, vaatwasser, bijzonder praktisch veel opbergruimte en prima internet. Perfecte uitvalsbasis, gratis parkeren en supermarkt, mall en restaurants direct in de buurt. Ideaal voor vakantie, maar ook voor werk / studie. Zelfs wasmiddel was aanwezig, praktische indeling.
Er is geen lift, er zijn 4 relatief korte trappen, hou hier rekening mee.

Užvelkama patalynė baisi, suglamžyta, sumesta į dulkėtą palovį, butas nematęs valymo, dulkės, virtuvėje atrodo tik ką išejo nuomininkai,trupiniai, ant grindų dulkes visur, šviestuvas kambaryje juodos spalvos, bet nuo dulkių visas pilkas. Tą pačią minutę būtina keisti būto tvarkytoją, baisi buto,įrangos ,vonios švara.
