The apartment is listed in the wrong place on Google maps. My phone died and we cudnt contact host for over 90 mins walking round with bags. In fairness he then once I d charged my phone, drilove us to get food . The apartment was nice but needs signposting from the street.
The door to apartment has a small padlock on it. Is not a proper door as it was a side door before. Was difficult to close. The bedroom didnt have wardrobe, kitchen had no brush pan or microwave or toaster. We asked for this. Over the next two days they delivered this bar toaster but we had to meet them n they d to wait on workmen to deliver closet. Bedsheet had stain but there were fresh bed sheets under bed which is ottoman but we hadn't known that. In fairness place was clean but we waited two days for brush n pan. After we left host asked for payment not through booking.com . As Bosnia is outside SEPA zone I had to pay by Revolut as bank transfer didnt work. The advert says no need to pay in advance and cash is accepted but 550 euros is too much to carry by cash . On the one hand they re very trusting but it wasnt a user friendly way to pay. Next apartment apparently was fully ready though it also had door with standard padlock system which is not v secure.
